About
Warren has been working in the three waters space since 2011. He has undertaken work throughout New Zealand and more recently has focused on work in the Bay of Plenty and Hawke’s Bay Regions.
In 2019, Warren set out on his own as Warren McKenzie Consulting Ltd in an effort to provide a more hands-on, personal approach to solving three waters problems for clients.

Warren’s experience has been in the investigation, design and construction management of three water’s infrastructure with specialty in the design of water treatment and wastewater treatment and disposal. His experience includes investigations, feasibility studies, assessment of environmental effects, concept design, preliminary design, detailed design and construction administration.
